• Estimates provided are approximate and may change if additional labor, time, or equipment is required.

• The client must ensure Wolfcore personnel have safe and reasonable access to the property.

• Wolfcore is not responsible for delays, damages, or injuries caused by unsafe or inaccessible locations.

• Clients must disclose any conditions that could affect safety (e.g., pets, hazards, structural risks).

4. Liability and Indemnification

By using our services or Site, you agree to the following:

• Wolfcore and its employees are not responsible for damage to property that is not clearly visible, fragile, or pre-existing, unless caused directly by our gross negligence.

• The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wolfcore, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or Site.

• Wolfcore is not liable for lost, damaged, or misdirected communications, including email, phone, or text messages.

• You acknowledge that all services involve physical work, lifting, and hauling, and you assume all risk for items not disclosed as fragile or hazardous.

• We accept cash, card, and other payment methods listed on our Site.

• Failure to pay may result in collection action, legal proceedings, or service refusal for future requests.

• Quotes are valid for the date issued and may be adjusted for additional services, labor, or weight of items removed.

Wolfcore does not remove hazardous, illegal, or regulated materials, including but not limited to:

• Hazardous chemicals, fuels, or explosives

• Firearms or ammunition (unless legal permits are provided)

Clients are responsible for ensuring items are legal and safe to remove. Wolfcore is not liable for any violation of law due to improper disclosure.
