HOW WOLFCORE PRICES A JOB
Truck Space Matters. So Does the Work.
For most junk removal jobs, we use a volume-based pricing system.
The more space your items take up, the more the job generally costs.
But truck space isn't the only thing we look at.
01
HOW MUCH YOU HAVE
A couch and a few boxes is very different from a garage packed floor-to-ceiling.
The amount of material and truck space needed is usually the biggest part of the cost.
02
HOW MUCH WORK IT TAKES
Heavy furniture, multiple rooms, stairs, disassembly and difficult removals can take considerably more time and labor than a straightforward pickup.
03
WHERE IT IS
We look at how everything needs to get from the property to the truck.
Stairs, tight hallways, long carries, gates, backyard access and difficult loading conditions can add work.
04
WHAT WE'RE HAULING
Household junk is one thing.
Concrete, dirt, masonry, construction debris and other heavy or specialty materials can require additional handling and disposal.
If something affects your price, we'll explain it before you approve the job.
